Beginning his management career as a team lead at the BP Fire and Gas Department in Prudhoe Bay in 2001, he has spent the last fifteen years building and managing the Taylor Fire Protection Fire Alarm Department. He has become a sought-after fire system solutions consultant, specifier, estimator, and project manager specializing in commercial and industrial fire protection systems in the petrochemical, mining, marine, and fisheries industries. An industry expert in fire alarm, special hazard, and gas detection systems, Wade is very excited to build UniFire into a recognized leader in the life-safety industry.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish and a master's degree in business administration, complementing his expertise in the field. Bryce is NICET Certified and has obtained multiple manufacturers' training certificates, further enhancing his qualifications. With over ten years of experience, he excels in various aspects of life safety, including project management, installation, testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and design of a wide range of systems, such as fire alarms, gas alarms, special hazards, kitchen hoods, extinguishers, and access control systems. Bryce's diverse knowledge, certifications, and extensive experience make him an asset in ensuring the safety and compliance of different environments.
Fire Sprinkler Manager
Mitch Harris is a highly skilled sprinkler fitter with an extensive background spanning over 36 years in the industry. His expertise lies in the precise installation, meticulous servicing, and effective project management of sprinkler systems. Throughout his career, Mitch has demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies of sprinkler technology, ensuring the safety and functionality of fire protection systems. Having received factory trained in sprinkler pumps, nitrogen generators, backflow preventers, pre-acon, foam and deluge systems, showcases his technical proficiency but also underscores his ability to navigate and oversee complex projects, making him a seasoned professional in the field.

Breanna has accumulated a wealth of experience over a span of twelve years, focusing on administrative oversight, project management, accounts receivable, payables, and human resources within the fire protection industry. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently exhibited proficiency in navigating the intricacies of organizational management.
